Learn to be an Alchemist of Connection with Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner certification

You will learn the different applications of meditation and mindfulness, how to support group sessions, and have practical time to learn to use your voice in a group setting. Exercises approaches include breathwork, wellbeing, spiritual, philosophy, and gratitude.

Meditation originates from ancient eastern and Buddist philosophy at around 2500BC. While there are many different meditation approaches, they all offer an opportunity to connect with a deeper awareness of our internal or external existence. The English word ‘Meditation’ stems from the Latin term ‘ to ponder’ whereas the more modern term of ‘Mindfulness’ has been linked through scientific research of the American Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, creator of the Mindfulness based stress reduction approach. These practices have been labelled many ways and by a multitude of cultures that include practices of gratitude, escape, psychology, religion, and affirmations (manifesting).

What does this course include?

This is a 2 day training course, held over a weekend. On completion of this course you will be awarded the ReAlign™ Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner accredited certification.

  • How meditation can support better wellbeing in general
  • Different types of meditation practice including breathwork, connection and spiritual practice
  • Guided meditation practice: wellbeing, journeying and affirmations
  • Meditation Scripts
  • Practical time – Learn to use your voice with others: confidence building exercise
  • Considerations when setting up a meditation group
  • What is mindfulness
  • How mindfulness can support and enhance life
  • Different types of mindfulness including breathwork, gratitude and manifesting
  • Mindful meditation practice: exercises, philosophy and mindful meditation
  • Mindfulness scripts
  • Practical time- Learn to use your voice with others: confidence building exercise
  • Considerations when setting up a mindfulness group

What does completing this training mean for me?

Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be a ReAlign™ Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner. All ReAlign™ courses are accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association which allows for Professional liability insurance and the ability to work with clients professionally. I advise graduates to take their time with their new skills, building your confidence through experience is invaluable. I will be available for CPD sessions as you begin if this is of help to you.
