Pure Relaxation Meditation Class is a perfect way to calm the mind and senses from the Stress of the outside world.

Touch, sound, vision, taste, scent all such simple and yet powerful ways to focus the mind and very helpful wellbeing approach to learn to manage for yourself because these tools are always at hand for relaxation whenever we need them.

How will These Classes Help me?

This set of meditation classes are Pure Relaxation for all the senses. Combining scent, sound, vision, and touch these classes are perfect for anyone who needs to strip back the Stress of everyday life, to learn to reconnect to a more simple place and escape for a while.

Life is Stressful and people can easily lose sense of themselves and the importance of  mindful relaxation in the everyday expectations of the modern world. With so many scientifically proven benefits to regular meditation practice, it’s a very simple way to begin to improve the quality of your life. A group of neuroscientists recently conducted a study into the effects of regular meditation practice on the grey matter of the brain. They monitored the brain structure before and after an eight-week meditation course and the results showed that the grey matter concentration increased in the areas of the brain involved in learning and memory, regulating emotions, sense of self and having perspective. To be able to do this while simply relaxing makes it so easy for you to begin to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

These classes are for people who want to begin to include meditation into their wellbeing routine, those who just need some time out to be able to make themselves a priority and for anyone who could benefit from switching off for a while. These classes are all about you!

What style of class are these and are they religious or complicated?

These are Guided Meditation Classes and are therefore suitable for everyone- no previous experience is necessary as I will guide you.

No…….they are not based on any religion that’s for everyone to decide for themselves. The focus of these classes is to help you to reconnect to a quiet serenity through relaxation.

Do I need to bring anything?

Comfy clothes, I provide all equipment needed (mats, blankets, cushions) however if you have any specific comfort concerns you are welcome to bring equipment you may benefit from using. All I ask is that you come with an Open Heart and Mind ready to embrace new ways of being.

How do these classes work and what’s included?

These set of six classes are guided meditations of 45 minutes per class. The subjects are different each week and include-

  • Calming a busy mind
  • Mindful Physical awareness
  • Breathwork to enhance your energy connection and flow
  • Visual escape using colour therapy
  • Healing the harmonies of your Soul
  • Relaxation of all of the senses

How do I get involved?

You can book your place easily on the website ticket service at the top of this page, simply choose the date you would like to join us, fill in the number of places you would like and press book. You will be taken through Paypal where a reciept confirmation will be sent.

Apologies but I cannot hold any places due to the popularity of the classes and the limited numbers offered, so only booking confirms your place.

Our classes are held at Mangreen Country House, set in the beautiful tranquil location a few minutes outside of Norwich. There is free parking on site and disabled access also. You are welcome to email with any specific questions you may have and I look forward to welcoming you.
