Do I need to bring anything?
Comfy clothes, I provide all equipment needed (mats, blankets, cushions) however if you have any specific comfort concerns you are welcome to bring equipment you may benefit from using. Chairs are also avaliable if prefered.
How do these classes work and what’s included?
Over the four weeks of this Mindful Moments for Anxiety set you will explore a variety of Mindful meditations experiencing them in class and then having the detail of the meditations to continue practicing at home- learning to encorporate these new tools into your life in your own way.
These classes include-

- Mindful understanding and prioritising of emotions
- Mindful pacing using the breath
- Mindful Gratitude practices
How do I get involved?
You can book your place easily on the website ticket service, (see the ticket above for soonest dates or go to the events page for alternate options) simply choose the date you would like to join us and fill in the number of places you would like and press book. We offer these mindfulness meditations from our space at Mangreen Country House all details here.
