These Meditation Classes for Stress and Anxiety have been written using a gentle blend of relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help you to learn to relax, to escape from the stress and noise of the world, to support you to let go of anxieties and to feel empowered by connecting to your powerful mind.

In modern life, it is so easy to carry stress and anxiety with everything we all have to juggle. I call this the every 5 minutes thing…..every 5 minutes there is something else we need to do! And yet we wonder why we begin to feel stressed and anxious!? Wellbeing starts with stopping and these classes are an opportunity to do just that. You will learn how to let go of any stress or anxiety you are holding as you escape to some beautiful serene landscapes. You will be amongst other gentle souls in a safe and relaxed environment and be given the opportunity to feel more empowered to deal with life with a renewed energy. These classes are perfect for people who want to help themselves to do some wellbeing work without the need for one to one therapy.

Meditation Classes for Stress and Anxiety

Will I need to share private information within the class?

NO… These classes are private meditations and so by that I mean you will be guided to do your own wellbeing work within the journey of your meditation for yourself, if you choose to talk to others afterwards that is your choice but not a part of the work we will do.

Do I need to bring anything?

Comfy clothes, I provide all equipment needed (mats, blankets, cushions) however if you have any specific comfort concerns you are welcome to bring equipment you may benefit from using. All I ask is that you come with an Open Heart and Mind ready to embrace new ways of being.

How do these classes work and what’s included?

These Wellbeing Classes are 45 minute Guided Meditations which progress over six weeks. Each week you will work on a different area of wellbeing for this subject which will include relaxation for the body and mind and that weeks guided journey.  These powerful journey’s included-

  • Welcoming calm and relaxation into the body and mind
  • Connecting to a deep inner stillness within yourself
  • Escaping the stress and noise of the world behind
  • Learning how to let go of fears and anxieties to feel safe (calming the fight or flight responses)
  • Connecting to an Inner love
  • Listening to your intuition, feeling empowered and manifesting a strong future

How do I get involved?

You can book your place easily on the website ticket service, simply choose the date you would like to join us and fill in the number of places you would like and press book! Apologies I cannot hold any places due to the popularity of the classes and the limited numbers so booking confirms your place. These classes are held at Mangreen in our beautiful Sanctuary space where there is free parking available on site.

Yesterday I finished the guided meditation for stress and relaxation course, it has been a revelation and I feel so much stronger mentally. Cathy is so lovely and was so good at guiding us, I felt I flew away each week. Highlight of my week

If someone had said the word ‘meditation’ to me 10 years ago I would have probably pulled a face. Partly through immaturity and partly through ignorance as I associated with Buddhism (and therefore religious), travellers, hippies and “no-hopers”. How wrong I was! Cathy’s meditations are awe-inspiring. For the first time in my life my brain shut-up. It actually stopped all the erratic, anxious thoughts and reminders that have been whizzing around for over 30 years. For me, this is bliss and relief all in one. It literally felt like everything had been lifted from me. Cathy has definitely helped create some new energy within me and I cannot rate her highly enough. Thank you for everything 🙂
